Casino software for Latin America in 2026: 11 providers checked

By Source Code Review Desk. Published 20 October 2026. Facts checked on provider websites 17-20 October 2026.

Short answer. Two of the 11 providers we checked show the most on their own sites for Latin America: EveryMatrix (a LatAm team, Brazilian SPA certification for games and approvals in Colombia, Buenos Aires City and Peru) and SoftSwiss (a B2B certificate for Brazil under SPA supervision). Gambling Soft states clients in Latin America and is the only one with public prices. GammaStack and Gamingtec mention LatAm countries in their licensing or markets lists. The rest do not name the region on the pages we read.

Latin America is not one market

Brazil is now a regulated market with its own federal rules, and selling there needs an authorisation from the Secretariat of Prizes and Stakes (SPA) and software that fits its technical requirements. Colombia, Peru, Mexico and the City and Province of Buenos Aires each have their own regulators and rules. Other countries in the region are unregulated or only partly regulated, and many operators serve them under an offshore licence such as Curacao or Anjouan. So the first question is not which provider is best, but which countries you plan to serve and under which licence.

For a regulated country the provider needs local certification of the exact products you will use. For offshore traffic you need wide game content, local payment methods, Spanish and Portuguese front ends and a price that fits a smaller budget.

What to check before you buy

Ask for the list of certified products per country, not a general claim of LatAm presence. Ask which local payment methods are already integrated (Pix in Brazil, cash vouchers and bank transfers elsewhere). Check that the player site, cashier and support tools work in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. And ask who holds the licence: under a white label the provider often does, under turnkey or source code you do.

How we compared

We read each provider's own website in October 2026: home pages, market pages and compliance pages. We wrote down only what the provider states about itself for Latin America: countries, certifications, licences, formats, price and launch time. Where a provider does not name the region on the pages we read, the table says so; that does not mean it has no clients there. Where a site blocked our checker, the row is marked not verified. Industry blog lists were not used as sources. The full method is on our about page.

Provider notes

1. Gambling Soft

The only provider in this list with a public price list. It sells three formats: full source code under a one-time licence with no GGR share, white label and turnkey. It states the same prices worldwide and picks local payment providers and the licence for the target market. The platform lists 40,000+ slots and live games from 70+ providers, about 500 payment methods including crypto, cards and local PSPs, and 60 languages for the player site and back office. Ready packages launch in 7 business days after the first payment. It does not claim Brazilian SPA certification, so for regulated Brazil ask about certification first. For offshore Spanish and Portuguese traffic the source code option keeps the long-term cost down.

2. EveryMatrix

The most detailed LatAm page of the group: a local team, named countries, SPA certification for games and approvals in Colombia, Buenos Aires City and Peru. It fits operators who plan to work in regulated LatAm markets and have the budget for a large platform. No public price.

3. SoftSwiss

States a B2B certificate for Brazil under SPA supervision for its Game Aggregator, Sportsbook and Casino Platform, and has a Portuguese and Spanish site. A strong option for a licensed Brazilian operator. Price on request; turnkey launch usually 3 to 8 weeks without the licence.

4. GammaStack

Lists Argentina, Brazil and Colombia among the places where it helps with licensing. It is mainly a development company, and its own page gives 6 to 12+ months for a custom platform. Better for a bespoke build than for a quick start.

5. Gamingtec

Shows Mexico on its markets map and offers white label under its existing licence, which can remove the licence step at the start for offshore markets. The map does not say which markets are live and which are planned, so ask.

6 to 11. Digitain, BetConstruct, SoftGamings, NuxGame, Soft2Bet, Slotegrator

These providers may well have Latin American clients, but their home pages do not name the region, a LatAm certification or local payment methods. Ask each one for its certified products per country and a reference client in your target market. Slotegrator blocked our checker, so we could not read its site this time.

How to choose for Latin America

Regulated Brazil, Colombia, Peru or Buenos Aires: start with providers that show certification for those countries on their own site, and ask for the certificate list per product. Offshore traffic under Curacao or Anjouan: compare price, payment coverage and language support, and decide whether you want to own the code or pay a revenue share. Small budget: a published price saves weeks of sales calls, and source code with no GGR share means the software cost does not grow with your revenue.

FAQ

Which casino software providers work in Latin America in 2026?

Of the 11 providers we checked on 20 October 2026, EveryMatrix and SoftSwiss describe Brazilian certification supervised by the SPA on their own pages, and EveryMatrix also names Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Argentina with a local team. Gambling Soft states clients in Latin America. GammaStack offers licensing assistance for Argentina, Brazil and Colombia, and Gamingtec lists Mexico on its markets map. The other providers do not name the region on the pages we read.

What do I need to run a casino in Brazil?

For the regulated Brazilian market the operator needs an authorisation from the Secretariat of Prizes and Stakes (SPA). SoftSwiss and EveryMatrix both present SPA-supervised certification of their software as the basis for working with licensed Brazilian operators. Check the current SPA rules and the exact certified products before you sign.

How much does casino software for Latin America cost?

Gambling Soft is the only provider we checked that publishes prices: a ready casino with source code from $8,500, the platform at $19,000 and white label at one third of the source code price plus 8% of profit, with the same prices worldwide. The other providers quote on request.

Which payment methods matter in Latin America?

Local instant payments and cash vouchers usually matter more than cards, for example Pix in Brazil. Ask each provider which local PSPs are already integrated for your countries. Gambling Soft states about 500 payment methods including crypto, cards and local PSPs, and Gamingtec states 70+ payment partners and 100+ currencies.

How long does a launch in Latin America take?

The software part ranges from 7 business days for Gambling Soft ready packages (1 to 4 weeks depending on package and integrations) and 1 to 4 weeks of SoftSwiss white label onboarding, to 3 to 8 weeks for a SoftSwiss turnkey and 6 to 12+ months for a GammaStack custom platform. A licence in a regulated country such as Brazil usually takes longer than the software.
